October is Arts & Humanities Month!

Celebrate the Arts & Humanities in Rhode Island this October. This nationally recognized celebration highlights the importance of the arts and humanities in our lives. Citizens for the Arts invites organizations and individuals to help us spread the word throughout October. Participate in Arts & Humanities Month and help raise awareness of the importance this creative sector has on our lives in Rhode Island. Creativity is a natural resource in the State of Rhode Island - so this shouldn't be hard! The goal is to engage more citizens in the arts and culture. Here Are Ways You Can Be Part of The Movement: Post your event! If you have a cultural event happening in October, share it as part of A&H Month. View October Events » Email your event information to Citizens for the Arts. Add the A&H month logo to your website and communications about your event. Get the Logo » Encourage your local city/town council or Mayor to sign a proclamation recognizing Arts & Humanities Month in your city or town.
